Offer shifts across locations

We are excited to introduce a powerful new way to fill roster gaps by allowing managers to offer shifts to qualified team members at other locations. This update empowers you to look beyond a single location to find coverage faster, ensuring you have the right people in the right place without the administrative headache.

What’s New ✨

  • Fill more shifts: Tap into your wider workforce network to fill gaps, rather than relying solely on one location's team.
  • Save money: Reduce reliance on expensive overtime or external agency staff by utilizing existing employees from nearby sites.
  • Move fast: Find qualified fill-ins or replacements in just a few clicks.
  • Keep everyone happy: Give your team members more opportunities to pick up extra work at convenient locations.

How does it work?

  1. Open an empty shift or a shift that requires a replacement and select “Send offers”.
  2. In the offer window, check the new box labeled “Send offers to other locations”.
  3. Select the specific locations you would like to extend the offer to from the dropdown menu.
  4. Send the offer. The system ensures only team members who meet all shift requirements (such as training, availability, and leave status) will receive the invite.

When will it be available?

The Beta for this feature begins on January 27th, with a general rollout starting February 9th and continuing over 5 weeks. If you would like to request early access, please fill out the beta registration form here.
