Deputy Payroll Australia: New option to only import unpaid timesheets into ad hoc pay runs
System Administrators, Payroll Administrators and Payroll Managers can now choose to only import unpaid timesheets when processing an Ad hoc payrun in Deputy Payroll.
Whats New ✨
- Users now have an option when creating Ad hoc payruns to only import unpaid timesheets for example from late timesheets or missed shifts etc.
- When using this feature, only timesheets that have not been marked as paid will be imported for processing in Payroll.
- Full Payrun and Blank Payslips remain an option for those who need to import already paid timesheets, or to create an Ad hoc pay run entirely from scratch with no imported data.
Why you'll love it 💖
- We heard your feedback - This feature is a direct response to one of our customers main wish listed features
- You can easily pay out late approved shifts in a few clicks
- No deleting lines that have already been paid
- Timesheets that are paid via this process, are then marked as paid at the completion of the payrun.
How does it work? 🛠️
Unpaid timesheets is a new option for the Adhoc dropdown when processing an Adhoc payrun in Deputy Payroll. Simply select this option from the dropdown and continue the payrun as you normally would, only unpaid timesheets will be imported for processing.
