The Bradford Report allows managers to quickly come to a retrospective view of employee’s Bradford scores. Here's what you can do with the new Bradford Report:
- Smart consolidation: The report automatically groups consecutive leave days into single spells.
- Colour-coded concern ratings: Get an instant, at-a-glance understanding of absence patterns with clear ratings (Serious, Medium, Initial, Low).
- Interactive filters: Easily search for specific employees or drill down into the data by score and absence count.
- Location-specific insights: Quickly spot which locations are most affected by problematic absenteeism.
How does it work?
As a system administrator you can access the Bradford Report from Analytics+
These are the steps to access it:
- Login to your Deputy account
- Click on the Analytics tab on the top ribbon
- Click on View all reports
- Scroll down to the HR folder in the Reports side navigation
- Select the Bradford Score report
When will it be available?
This report is now available as part of the Deputy Analytics+ subscription (or HR add-on).
